Most Palma House furniture is made to order, while a selection of our best-selling range is available immediately from showroom stock. We deliver to the customer's address within Croatia, and internationally by arrangement.
Items marked "Available now" are in stock at the showroom and can be picked up the same day. For all other items, the standard production and delivery time is 30 to 60 days from order confirmation, depending on the product, fabric and current production load.
For Zagreb and the surrounding area we deliver with our own vehicle, by appointment. For the rest of Croatia, larger and heavier pieces (tables, sets) are shipped via a courier service specialised in bulky freight.
Delivery cost depends on location, quantity and product type, and is shown separately in the final quote or at checkout.
All products can be picked up in person at our showroom in Family Mall, Zagreb — in-stock items immediately, others by prior arrangement once made.
Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any transport damage to the carrier and to the Seller within 24 hours.
