Through the contact form, inquiry cart and the pop-up sign-up form we collect data the user voluntarily provides: full name, email address, phone number (where given), the content of the inquiry, and — for the pop-up form — the product category the user is interested in and their expected purchase timeframe.
We use this data to respond to inquiries, prepare personalised quotes, and — with the consent given at sign-up — send newsletters.
