Under Croatian and EU consumer protection law, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, without stating a reason.
After we receive your request we will contact you to arrange collection of the goods and the refund of the amount paid, within the statutory 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that they have been sent. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are faulty or were damaged in transit — the exact amount depends on the size and weight of the shipment, and we will let you know in advance.
Note: for products made strictly to your specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under law — if that applies, we will inform you immediately after receiving your request.
