These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between FIDAMI Group d.o.o., Dr. Franje Tuđmana 16, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, Hrvatska, company registration (OIB): 60544923868, registration number (MBS): 081624244 (trading as Palma House, "the Seller") and the customer when using the website and submitting product inquiries.
Products shown on the site are made to order. Prices shown are indicative retail prices, quoted in euros and include VAT, and may depend on the chosen fabric, leg colour and quantity. A final quote is sent to the customer after an inquiry is received. For companies and sole traders ordering as part of their business activity (B2B), a quote may be provided excluding VAT on request.
Payment method and schedule (e.g. a deposit plus balance on delivery) are defined in the quote for each order individually.
The standard production time is 30 to 60 days from order confirmation and deposit payment, depending on the item, unless stated otherwise for a specific product. Lead times may vary depending on fabric availability.
Customers have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Croatian consumer protection law. Complaints can be sent to the email address listed on the Contact page.
Products carry the statutory warranty under applicable Croatian law. Claim details are arranged individually via the contact form.
The consumer (a natural person purchasing outside their trade, business or profession) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The procedure and form are available on the Right of Withdrawal page. This right does not apply to orders placed by companies or sole traders as part of their business activity (B2B orders).
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Where goods are returned, the customer bears the direct cost of returning them, unless the goods are faulty or were damaged in transit. The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund in proportion to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
